We have a long tradition of posting the names of expected attendees for our annual Star Fleet Battles tournament. We will continue that, but on a bigger scale, since the Star Fleet Big Bang Blowout will draw in Star Fleet Universe gamers of all types.

“Committed” means you will make every effort to be there. You will schedule around this event. You will make it a top priority, even if this means saying no to other events and obligations. You might have already started making travel plans and hotel reservations.
“Probably” means you really want to be there and are willing to put effort into attending. You will save some of your vacation time accrual for this event, and you will budget for travel, lodging and convention fees.
“Maybe” tells us you want to be there, and there is a reasonable chance it will happen.
I will put out a new call for RSVPs on the various social media, and via our club’s Star Fleet email list.
